The HiBoop assessment flow is simple for clients and quick for clinicians. Here's how it works from start to finish.
Step 1, Send a session
A clinician or admin adds a session from the client's Assessments tab, or a program adds it for them. They choose:
- The assessments, and whether HiBoop should add related ones (Include Related Assessments)
- The due date
- The delivery method: Email, Mobile Device (QR), Clinician Mode or Same Device
Step 2, The client completes it
- Email: the client gets a secure link and completes it on any device, when it suits them. Email reminders can follow.
- Mobile Device (QR): in the clinic, the client scans a QR code or types an assessment code on their own phone or tablet.
- Same Device: the client completes it on your device.
- Clinician Mode: you complete it on the client's behalf.
The form is mobile-friendly, and later questions can change based on earlier answers.
Step 3, Related conditions (optional)
Each answer adds weight to the conditions it relates to. With Include Related Assessments on, HiBoop adds your preferred scales for related conditions. After the session, a Related Conditions Found banner lets you review them and choose what to follow up.
Step 4, Results are ready
When the client finishes:
- Results appear on their Assessments tab
- Scores and severity levels are calculated on submission
- The Outcome Report includes the new scores
- Alerts go to your staff if a score reaches a level you set
Step 5, Review the results
Review scores, severity levels and change over time during or after the session, and use them to inform your clinical decisions. You choose whether the client can see their results.
