Does HiBoop replace my EHR or my notes?
No. HiBoop sits next to your EHR. Keep your EHR for charting, scheduling, and billing. HiBoop captures the scored outcome data your EHR does not, and you can copy a summary or a reviewed AI-drafted note into your records. Export is available anytime, and EHR integrations are on request.
Is HiBoop HIPAA / PIPEDA / PHIPA compliant?
Yes. HiBoop holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation and complies with HIPAA (BAA available), PIPEDA, PHIPA, and GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, activity is audit-logged, and Canadian customer data is hosted in Canada. Details live on /trust/.
Who scores the assessments and how are scores interpreted?
Scoring is automated using each scale's published, validated algorithm, no human transcription. The platform shows the numeric score, the severity band as defined by the scale's authors, and the change vs the prior administration. Clinical interpretation always remains with the licensed clinician.
Who on my team can use HiBoop?
Your whole care team. HiBoop ships with Account Admin, Clinical Admin, Care Provider, Front Desk, and Support Staff roles, and you can create custom roles. Each role sees only what its workflow needs; for example, a Care Provider sees their assigned patients, and admins see clinic-wide reports.
