Does HiBoop replace my EHR or my notes?
No. HiBoop sits next to your EHR. Clinicians keep using their EHR for clinical notes, scheduling and billing. HiBoop captures the scored outcome data the EHR does not, and we make it easy to copy a brief summary into your notes.
Is HiBoop HIPAA / PIPEDA / PHIPA compliant?
Yes. HiBoop runs on infrastructure that supports HIPAA, PIPEDA and PHIPA-aligned data handling, with encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, and signed business-associate / data-processor agreements available on request. Compliance details live on /trust/.
Who scores the assessments and how are scores interpreted?
Scoring is automated using each scale's published, validated algorithm, no human transcription. The platform shows the numeric score, the severity band as defined by the scale's authors, and the change vs the prior administration. Clinical interpretation always remains with the licensed clinician.
