Therapy guides

Reference for clinicians on five common modalities: how each one works, what sessions involve, and what the evidence says. HiBoop doesn't provide therapy. It measures outcomes for the care teams who do.

Questions about the therapy guides

  • Does HiBoop provide therapy?

No. HiBoop is measurement-based care software for care teams. Clients complete validated scales like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and their clinician sees the scores over time. These guides are reference material for the clinicians doing the therapy.

  • Which therapy works with measurement-based care?

Any of them. Measurement-based care tracks the client's symptoms, not the method, so the same scales work in CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI or ACT.
