Data Management & Reporting
Learn how to use HiBoop's reporting tools, export patient data, and understand outcome metrics across your clinic.
HiBoop provides outcome reporting and data export tools to help clinicians and administrators monitor patient progress, review aggregate trends, and demonstrate clinical outcomes.
What reports are available?
HiBoop includes three report types:
- Patient-level reports, individual outcome trends and score history over time
- Clinic-level aggregate reports, population-level data across all active or archived patients
- Assessment-specific reports, score history and severity trends for a single instrument (e.g., all PHQ-9 results across your caseload)
See What reports are available?
Which patients appear on my report?
Reports include patients who have completed at least one assessment within the selected date range. Archived patients are excluded by default but can be added back using the filter controls.

Understanding report filters
The filter bar at the top of each report lets you narrow results by date range, assessment type, assigned clinician, or patient group. Changes apply promptly, no page reload needed.

Exporting data
HiBoop supports CSV and PDF exports from both the clinic report and individual patient profiles. CSV exports include patient identifiers (de-identified by default), assessment names, scores, severity labels, and dates.
Understanding percentages in reports
Percentage values show either the proportion of patients in a given severity category (e.g., "42% of patients scored Moderate or above on PHQ-9") or the change in mean scores between two time periods.
