Insurance, by export

HiBoop does not connect to insurers. It gives your team the scores and reports they ask for, as PDF, spreadsheet, fax or text for your EMR. Here are the public plans and insurers in 12 countries.

Send payers what they ask for

  • A claim, an authorization request or an audit often asks for a validated measure, a dated score and the clinician's note. Export them from the client's chart or the Outcome Report, in the format the payer accepts.
  • PDF

The client's chart, printed: the sessions and scores you pick, with question responses, forms and notes if you include them.

  • Spreadsheet (.CSV)

Scores by session for one client, or the whole Outcome Report, ready for Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Copy to Clipboard (EMR)

The same summary as text, to paste into your EMR or practice management system.

  • Fax

Sent to the fax number in your clinic settings, with a cover page. Set the number first and the option turns on.

  • Every export is a snapshot you choose: which sessions, and whether to include subscales, question responses, forms and notes.

…starts with what we measure, and how long.

Questions about insurance

  • Does HiBoop connect to insurance companies?

No. HiBoop does not send claims or data to any insurer or public plan, and it has no direct link to their systems. You export what you need from HiBoop and send it the way the payer asks.

  • Does HiBoop bill insurers for us?

No. Billing stays in your practice management or billing system. HiBoop gives you the assessment scores, dates and reports that a claim, an authorization request or an audit may ask for.

  • Which formats can we export?

PDF, spreadsheet (.CSV), copy to clipboard for your EMR, and fax to the number in your clinic settings. You choose the sessions and what to include: scores, subscales, question responses, forms and notes.

  • Will an insurer pay for measurement-based care?

It depends on the payer, the plan and where you work. Check with the payer directly. For US codes such as 96127, see the billing codes guide.
