Is the 48-hour onboarding claim realistic for any practice size?
Yes, for most outpatient and residential practices. The 48 hours runs from your discovery call to your first automated assessment going out to a real patient. We handle all the configuration, so you don't need IT staff or technical resources. Larger multi-site practices may take 3 to 5 days, and we'll be honest about that in the discovery call.
Which assessments can we configure, and can we add more after go-live?
HiBoop includes 50+ validated tools: PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, ASRS, AUDIT, DAST, MDQ, C-SSRS, and many more. You can activate or deactivate any assessment from your admin dashboard in minutes, no support ticket required. Assessment routing, branching logic, and scoring thresholds are all configurable.
Do we need to integrate with our EHR?
No. HiBoop operates independently and doesn't require connection to your EHR to deliver value. Clinicians access scored results, trend charts, and clinical alerts directly in the HiBoop dashboard. Most clients start without any integration and decide later whether they want deeper data flows.
How does HiBoop handle PHI and regulatory compliance?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. HiBoop signs BAAs for HIPAA-covered US practices and is PIPEDA-compliant for Canadian clients. We do not train any AI models on clinical data. SOC 2 ready documentation and privacy impact assessments are available for enterprise accounts.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. HiBoop is month-to-month with no cancellation fee. We're confident enough in the clinical value to not require lock-in. Practices that need longer-term pricing stability can request annual invoicing, which comes with a discount, but it's optional.
