How long does onboarding take?
Care is self-serve: create your account and send your first check-in today. For Team and Network, we configure your assessments and delivery schedules with you. Timing depends on the number of sites and programs, and we will give you a straight answer on the walkthrough call. You do not need IT staff or technical resources.
Which assessments can we configure, and can we add more after go-live?
HiBoop includes 100+ validated scales: PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, ASRS, AUDIT, DAST-10, MDQ, the C-SSRS screener, and many more. You can activate or deactivate any assessment from your admin dashboard, no support ticket required. Assessment routing, branching logic, and scoring thresholds are all configurable.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. HiBoop is month-to-month with no cancellation fee. We're confident enough in the clinical value to not require lock-in. Practices that need longer-term pricing stability can request annual invoicing, which comes with a discount, but it's optional.
