Absolutely. HiBoop is built to support clinical autonomy while also offering smart tools for efficiency.

Options for assignment

• Manual selection: Assign any assessment to any patient at any time.
• Program workflows: Automate tools based on intake, discharge, or follow-up stages.
• Recurring assessment plans: Set tools to repeat at specific intervals.
• Smart recommendations: Use HiBoop’s algorithm to automatically suggest or assign tools based on early screening results.

Setting preferred tools

Want your clinic to default to specific tools by condition? You can set preferred assessments (e.g., PHQ-9 for depression, PCL-5 for trauma) in collaboration with your Success Manager.

HiBoop will then:

• Automatically recommend your preferred tools when relevant symptoms are detected
• Assign them by default, unless manually adjusted

This keeps assessments consistent and ensures consistency across clinicians and programs, without removing your final say.
