HiBoop provides several reporting views to help clinicians and administrators monitor patient progress and clinic-wide outcomes.
Patient-level reports
Available on each patient's profile, patient-level reports show:
- Score history, a timeline of all completed assessments with scores and severity labels
- Trend charts, visual graphs showing score changes over time per instrument
- Session-by-session comparison, side-by-side score data across assessment types
Clinic-level aggregate reports
Accessible under Reports in the main navigation, aggregate reports show:
- Population outcomes, average severity distribution across all active patients
- Improvement rates, percentage of patients showing score improvement over a set period
- Assessment completion rates, tracking how consistently patients are completing scheduled assessments
Assessment-specific reports
Filter any clinic report by a specific instrument (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to see population-level scoring data for that tool.
Accessing reports
- Click Reports in the left-hand navigation
- Use the date range and filter controls to scope your view
