HiBoop's report filters allow you to scope your clinic data to the exact population or time period you want to analyze. Filters appear at the top of all clinic-level report views.

Available filters

Date range

Select a start date and end date to limit the report to assessments completed within that window. Common presets include Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months, and Last year.

Assessment type

Filter by a specific instrument (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5) to see data only for that tool across your patient population.

Provider / clinician

Admins can filter reports to see data for a specific clinician's patient panel. Useful for performance reviews or individual caseload analysis.

Patient status

Choose between:

  • Active (default), patients currently in care
  • Archived, patients no longer active
  • All, both active and archived patients

Applying filters

  1. Open the Reports section from the main navigation
  2. Use the filter controls at the top of the page
  3. Filters apply promptly, the report data updates in real time
  4. To reset filters, click Clear filters or reload the page

Saved views

Frequently used filter combinations can be saved as report views for quick access. Click Save view after configuring your filters to name and store the configuration.
