I have questions about my report

Common questions and answers about reading and interpreting HiBoop outcome reports.

If something in your HiBoop report looks unexpected, here are answers to the most common questions.

Why are some patients missing from my report?

  • The patient may be archived, archived patients are excluded from reports by default. Use the patient status filter to include them.
  • The patient may not have any completed assessments within the selected date range. Try expanding the date range.
  • If you are a Care Provider, you only see patients assigned to you. Ask an admin to confirm the patient assignment.

Why does the report show fewer assessments than I expected?

Only completed assessments appear in reports. Assessments that were issued but not completed by the patient, or that were deleted, will not appear.

Why does the score look different from what I saw in the session?

Reports show the scored total based on responses. If the score looks different from what you expected, check whether all questions were completed, partial responses may result in lower scores.

Can I see historical data from before a certain date?

Yes. Use the date range filter to extend the window back to any date since the patient's first assessment. HiBoop retains all assessment history indefinitely.

The percentage change doesn't look right, what should I check?

The trend percentage compares the current period to the prior equivalent period. If you recently changed your date range filter, the comparison period shifts accordingly. See What does the percentage mean? for details.

I need a data format that isn't CSV, what are my options?

Currently HiBoop exports in CSV format. If you need JSON, PDF, or a custom format for integration purposes, contact HiBoop support to discuss your requirements.
