  • Which assessments and screeners does HiBoop ship with?

    HiBoop offers 100+ validated mental and behavioural health scales, including PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, DASS-21, the C-SSRS Screener, and child and youth scales such as PHQ-A, SCARED, and CRAFFT. Some licensed scales are enabled once your clinic confirms its own licence. Browse the reference library at /assessments/, and request additional scales when your program needs them.

  • Does HiBoop replace my EHR or my notes?

    No. HiBoop sits next to your EHR. Keep your EHR for charting, scheduling, and billing. HiBoop captures the scored outcome data your EHR does not, and you can copy a summary or a reviewed AI-drafted note into your records. Export is available anytime, and EHR integrations are on request.

  • Is HiBoop HIPAA / PIPEDA / PHIPA compliant?

    Yes. HiBoop is SOC 2 Type II certified and complies with HIPAA (BAA available), PIPEDA, PHIPA, and GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, activity is audit-logged, and client data is hosted on Google Cloud in the US or Canada, with other Google Cloud regions available on request.
