How do I request new assessments to HiBoop?

Requesting a new assessment

HiBoop supports custom tool requests, including:

• Screening tools
• Outcome measures
• Program-specific forms

Submit a request through:

• Your Success Manager
• [email protected]

What we’ll ask for:

• Assessment name
• Source or documentation (PDF or link)
• Intended use (e.g., target population, frequency)
• Scoring requirements (if applicable)

Our clinical advisors review all submissions for validity, licensing, and platform compatibility.

What if the tool is proprietary?

Some assessments (e.g., tools from academic publishers or private institutions) require licensing. If that’s the case, we will:

• Help determine if you already have usage rights
• Support license applications if needed
• Offer a platform-only version (no text) where permitted

We do not upload assessments without appropriate permissions. We are committed to ethical and legal standards for all content on the platform.
