Which patients are included on my report?

Understand which patients appear in HiBoop's aggregate and clinic-level reports, and how to adjust filters.

HiBoop's clinic-level reports include patients based on the filters you've applied. By default, the report includes all active patients who have at least one completed assessment within the selected date range.

Default inclusion criteria

A patient appears in the report if:

  • Their account status is Active (not archived)
  • They have at least one completed assessment within the selected date range
  • They are assigned to your clinic (admins see all patients; providers see only their assigned patients)

Archived patients

Archived patients are excluded by default. To include archived patients in a report, use the patient status filter and select Archived or All.

Provider-specific views

If you are logged in as a Care Provider (not an admin), the report only shows your directly assigned patients. Admins with the appropriate role see the full clinic roster.

Adjusting filters

Use the filter panel at the top of any report to:

  • Change the date range to include more or fewer assessment periods
  • Filter by clinician/provider to see data for a specific team member's patients
  • Toggle archived patient visibility
  • Filter by assessment type to narrow results to a specific instrument

See How do the report filters work? for more detail.
