HiBoop at the Infoway Partnership Conference
HiBoop is attending the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference in Vancouver, November 16-18, with Cherry Health and CATC. Assessment data that moves with the patient.
HiBoop will be at the 2026 Infoway Partnership Conference in Vancouver, November 16-18, held during Digital Health Week. Canada Health Infoway's theme this year is "Scaling Connectivity: Advancing Canada's Connected Care System."
We are attending rather than exhibiting, with our partners Cherry Health and Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres.
Why an interoperability conference
Because a mental health score that cannot leave the system it was captured in is a dead end, and most of them are.
Assessment data has a specific interoperability problem. A PHQ-9 result is small, highly structured and clinically meaningful, and it still routinely ends its life as a number typed into a note, or as a PDF stapled to a chart. The moment the patient moves between a family practice, a community program and a treatment centre, the history does not go with them, and the next clinician starts over from a blank baseline.
That is the gap continuity of care describes, and it is the reason we treat structured export as a requirement rather than an upsell: assessment responses and scores leave HiBoop as structured data, not as a report you have to re-read.
What we would talk about
What a longitudinal assessment record should look like when it has to survive a referral. Where standards help and where they stop. How scoring stays consistent when the same scale is administered across different settings.
Background if you want it: how HiBoop works.
