  • How much setup is there?

    HiBoop runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install. Create your account, add a patient and send your first check-in today.

  • Is it secure?

    HiBoop is SOC 2 Type II certified. It complies with HIPAA, with a BAA available, as well as PIPEDA and GDPR. Customer data stays in Google Cloud regions in its home country: Canada or the US, with other regions on request. Read the trust page →

  • What will it cost?

    Care is $25/month for one clinician, month to month, with no credit card to start. When you add colleagues, Team starts at $200/month with unlimited clinicians. Compare plans →

  • What if I leave?

    Export your records as CSV anytime. You can ask us to permanently delete your account data, subject to the record-retention rules where you practise. We do not sell patient data or share it for marketing.

Your questions, answered

  • Can I try it on myself first?

    Yes. Add yourself as a patient with a personal email address, different from the one on your clinician account, and send yourself a check-in. You see exactly what your patients see, then the scored result in your clinician view.

  • What happens when I create my account?

    You enter a few details about yourself and your practice, with no credit card. Then you add a patient and send your first check-in, all in one sitting.

  • How does my patient receive a check-in?

    Usually by a secure email link they can open on any device, with automatic reminders. If you meet in person, you can show a QR code instead. You can also enter answers with your patient in your clinician view, for example during a phone session. Your patient never needs to create an account.

  • Which scales come with Care?

    Care comes with the core assessment library pre-loaded. Team opens the full library of 100+ validated scales. Each assessment page in our library shows whether it is offered in HiBoop.
