How do I issue an assessment?

You can issue an assessment to any patient, new or existing, right from their profile or during intake.

For new patients

1. Go to the Patients page
2. Click “Add a Patient”
3. Enter their details
4. Select “Issue an Assessment”

For existing patients

1. Open the patient’s profile
2. Click one of the available schedule types:

• Intake
• Follow-Up
• Discharge
• Create Custom Schedule

3. Customize the assessment settings and delivery method
