How do I add a patient to HiBoop?

Once your clinic account is active, adding patients to HiBoop is quick and easy.

Steps to add a patient

1. Navigate to the Patients page
2. Click “Add a Patient”
3. Enter:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address (used for assessment delivery)

4. (Optional) Proceed to issue an assessment promptly

• Select a delivery method - Email, in-person via QR code, or clinician view

Tip: Patients do not need to create an account. They’ll receive a secure link when assessments are delivered via email or QR code.
