New Clinical Assessments & Patient Assessment Upgrades
New assessment capabilities
- Richer assessment question types: Support for multi-select answers, numeric free-form responses, and displaying multiple questions together to better match real-world clinical workflows.
- Flexible repeated responses: Subresponse support for answering the same question set multiple times to capture more nuanced histories.
- Custom scoring categories: Configurable result score categories so clinicians can align interpretation ranges with their preferred clinical frameworks.
New clinical assessments added
- Gambling screening (SOGS): SOGS gambling assessment (screens for problematic and disordered gambling behaviors).
- Life satisfaction (SWLS): SWLS Life Satisfaction assessment (measures global cognitive judgments of one’s overall life satisfaction).

Patient experience & assessment layout
- Clearer assessment completion prompts: Patient dashboard now more reliably prompts patients to finish in-progress assessment schedules, reducing missed or partial data.
- Mobile-friendly assessment layout: Updated mobile margins and layout so content is easier to read and interact with on smaller screens.
- Non-intrusive branding: Adjusted "Powered by HiBoop" placement so it never overlaps with assessment content, keeping the focus on the clinical questions.
