How is the usage-based fee calculated?

We count only net-new patients added to your census each month. For example, if you had 100 patients last month and add 20 new patients this month, you're charged for those 20 new additions. If you pause growth or maintain the same patient count, your costs pause too. This model ensures you only pay for growth and scale.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. The $200/month platform fee includes implementation, training, ongoing support, and all feature updates. You only pay the monthly platform license plus the usage-based fee for net-new patients.

What's included in the base platform fee?

Everything: unlimited staff accounts, access to all 15+ live features, 50+ clinical assessments, integrations, automations, compliance tools, regular feature updates, training materials, and dedicated support. There are no feature tiers or add-on modules.

Can we try HiBoop before committing?

Yes! We typically start with a personalized demo followed by a 30-day pilot program with a small team (3-5 clinicians). This lets you validate fit in your real-world workflows before full deployment. No long-term commitment required during the pilot phase.
