What delivery methods are available?

HiBoop supports three flexible options for delivering assessments:

**Email: **Sends a secure link directly to the patient

• Best for remote/virtual clients and follow-up assessments

**In-person (QR code): **Displays a scannable QR code

• Best for in-clinic use on phone or tablet

**Clinician Portal: **Clinician completes the assessment with or on behalf of the patient

• Best for assisted care or tech-limited clients

Previewing the patient experience

For a test patient (marked sandbox in your patient list), you can try a schedule yourself before sending it to real patients.

1. Open the test patient's schedule.
2. Next to Delivery Method, click "Preview Patient Experience".
3. A new tab opens and shows the assessments and forms exactly as the patient would see them.
4. Click "Preview patient dashboard" to see the patient's results page, filled with sample data.
5. Click "Close" to return to HiBoop. The answers you entered are saved to the test patient.

The preview button only appears for test patients, and only after the schedule has been saved.

All methods are HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant and include automated reminders for email deliveries.
